Jump Holes

How do I gain access to jump holes in multiplayer? Specifically the jump hole to new berlin right above yanagi depot.

Simply put, you don't. This jumphole has been deactivated in MP... like some other jumpholes in Magellan, New York and Omicron Beta.

Hmmm... I was wondering the same thing.

I was in the Dublin system and the jumphole to Leeds didn't work but the jumphole to New London did? When I tried the Leeds one it simply stated that access was denied.

Is this what I can expect as I tour around the system, that the jumpholes may or may not work? Or, is it that certain factions control access to them and that governs which ones I may be able to use?

certain jump holes will just not work. There aren't really all that many of them, but if you've played the SP for any length of time, you'll be missin them.

The the Sigma-13/New Berlin jump hole makes for a short and profitable trade route between New Berlin and Yanagi Depot. I miss that run in MP.

I'd love for these jump holes to be turned back on. And the Magellan->New York jump gate too.

Just at least worry about the important ones, and I beleive there are servers now with mods to allow all jumpholes.
