In what time is multi player playing?

I saw on the news that artefact trade was banned in kusari, so I started wondering if we play before or after the story. Or even whit in it.

should be after, no way before (cause freeport 7 is not in sigma-17)
maybe while, but unlikly, cause in the news every hint on problems with the houses to each other and every sign to a house war is not there.

furthermore are the news the same as in sp after the story

so its most likly after the sp story. makes sense even cause you start right in the freelance mode, just like after the story.

so were do those nomad guns come from then? I thought they were all killed.
