Where is Omnicron Theta?

I'm [going to be flamed, but whatever still new to this game and I want to get a high level ship. I found in a FAQ somewhere that the Eagle can be bought at a blase in Omicron Thete, but I don't know where that system is. Can someone tell me how to get there or know where to download a map of the galaxy? BTW, and I still only have the systems on the map that are shown when you first start MP.

new york->colorado->shi***u->new tokyo->honshu->sigma 19->sigma 17->omicron theta

sigma 19->sigma 17 is jumphole so is sigma 17->omicron theta
