Well,
I was wandering around, and I fell on a server, a UK one, named The Institute. I quoted some differences with popular servers (Elite, E2, Dementia, Freelancer's Outpost):
- NPC Shield regenerating
- some tweak about guns and shield
- High difficulty mission reachable at low level (and more difficult mission in general).
Btw, this server wasnt very populated, and those who were there, didn't replied me (uhh. thats odd...) when I ask some precision (what kind of mod it runs? etc...). But the fact is, Battles are really terrific on this one. Forming team finds its meaning. for the first time of my (short) FL experience, I had to flee from a battle, like a rabbit. I even had to abort the mission (It was a simple misson of 4000$, in new york system, diff around 3...).
If there s a mod behind this, It s a server side only mod (I havent any mod). So I thought it would be cool to mod this way some of the most populated server.
And now, I am seeking this kind of server. and here is my question:

Do you know some good server IP, running those kind of features?
How can we know if a server is modded (if it s not mentionned in the information tabs)?
