It not "bull". Sometimes they just don't offer the zoner rep hack job or the right person isn't there. You could see this yourself in freeport 1 if you can get in it. Bartender random cycles through zoners, corsairs, hessians, outcasts and various others. It is logical to assume the same goes for other bars around Sirus.

You have to keep redocking until the Zoner faction is rolled. Kind of like Dice nStuff.

Hit the bar in Kepler system when you're doing your early-game trade runs. You'll be able to buy your Zoner and Hacker rep in no time at all.

in my experience, rep hack providers have their prefrences, so to get the one you need it might be better to by the one they keep offering just to get it off their list. Id say a good salesjob on their part , )

Man, redocking would take too long, damn, i could imagine how long that would take. Heres what you do, go into a neutral station (as in not sanctioned by house law) then goto the Landing Pad, then to the bar, then back to the landing pad and back to the bar, it will change people every time you do it (except bartenders may stay) but everyone else in the bar will change, so just keep doing that to fix rep once u find a suitable base. Me, i just go kill people who have zoners on their enemies list to fix my rep.

i had problem with zoners too. there is GMG base (gasminer naha if i remember right) in sigma-13 where you can sometimes bribe zoners. you may have to redock few times but not too many(if any at all).

weird how can zoners be a prob?
everytime i 1st dock into zoner base the barkeep like always have a zoner bribe offer.

I'm slightly confused on one thing. With factions ( like Zoners ) who have no enemies how do you get them to max friendly so you can buy there Class 9 weaps? When I hack ( bribe ) for zoner faction it puts me 1 notch into friendly , this isnt high enough to buy there class 9 weaps. Since they have no enemies I am stuck at this faction.

only way to get their high lvl weps is shooting them around freeport 9 or other borderworld systems. Not worth it as u know, much better weps elsewhere

Dont you find this kind of a clitch or bug? They have Class 9 weaps for sale but you cant get enough possitive faction to buy them because they dont have enemies.

what about bribing them twice??
