Cant figure out ASE

I brought up the list and clicked on the server i wanted to connect to and it brings up this message saying it cant connect me directly, I have to open freelancer and goto multiplayer lan/internet. I did that and it still just sits there trying to connect to global server.

After the game launches, hit MultiPlayer then hit LAN. Do not hit Internet.

Still nothing no servers show up.

Sounds like you have a Direct Play problem. Try reinstalling DX 9.

Also, make sure you dont have any firewall's running.

Well slap my ass and call me a bitch not only did that fix the ASE thing but now i can connect to global server. THX man.
