3 questions, Big Ships? , squadron?, pirates?

1:
Is it possible to fight again big ship like in story mode. Bit Rheinland crusers and nomand ships?

2:
Multiplayer Cooperativ - Is it possible to build a Squadron. Me and my friend are fighting @ Lan. We both accept jobs do it both together. First his and then my job. But in the peoples menu there is a group split. Do that me we can build a group and to missons together?

3:
Can i get jobs @ pirate stations. If i kill a few navy ships and fly to a rouge outpost. Can i get there assault missons against navy stations and convios.

1. Not without a Modded Server
2. You and your friend can Group, then accept a Job and do it together, and share the money. Just note, if 1 person drops, they fail the mission.
3. Yes, you can get jobs from Criminal Factions, but you wont be attacking Stations and Convoys, just fighters like a regular job. But nothing stops you from hunting convoys on your own. I do it, I'm 100% Outcast faction.

2. and how we can group??
Something like click on each other an press some key?
3. when i flew to a rouge base they attackt me although i was totally neutal...
so i had to shot a few cops?

When you have a PC selected that you'd like to group with, there will be an extra button on the bottom left hand window (The status/info window) that will send them a join group request.

Then you weren't totally Neutral or you were carrying something and they tried to hijack it and you ran/fought back, making them Hostile. But having a little higher Criminal Faction wouldnt hurt.
