Invisible Jump Hole in Sigma-13

***** Possible spoilers ahead ***** Go whine to mommy *****

This hole doesn't show up on the map, even once you've found it. You can't enter it, however. It simply says "access denied" or something like that. It's exact location is difficult to give, but I'll try.

It is in the middle of the Yanagi Depot and the two Imperial Navy wrecks. The best way to find it is to fly from the Imp. Navy wreck on the right to the wreck on the left. Watch the screen carefully and you should see the telltale swirling green gasses of a jump hole.

Anyone know what this hole is for? Is it ever accessible in the MP game or is it just a leftover from the SP map that they disabled?

I think that's the New Berlin jump hole from SP. Seems to have been disabled for MP. The other end of it (in New Berlin) is also still there, but "Access denied."

Bah i have been trying to get in this hole for a couple days now, checking it each time i go up a few lvls. Takes a good amount of time off the berlin>>tokyo>>berlin diamond/noibium run

ROFL! oh man im sorry. i dont mean to laugh. i just get this image of somebody logging in every day, keeping his ship at the nearby freeport, thinking todays the day for that jumphole to spread its legs! bwahahahaha! thats the kind of thing i always do, so i know exactly how you feel. then again, you have to wonder why they didnt just remove the entire jump hole graphic in the first place? it would probably require two duplicate files for those locations with tiny modifications...not to mention changing all the pointers to those files...probably resulting in slightly-modified-dupes of those as well...eventually leading up to a separate CD just for multiplayer.

think i just figured out sum stuff. jeez, this is some good weed.
