Problem with Patrol Paths

I've noticed that I see all the patrol paths as neutral. First I thought that maybe all factions were neutral to me, but i.e.the LSF are absolutely friendly but I see their paths as neutral. I only noticed it in MP, anyone an idea what's wrong ?
