Does this mean I can be automatically notified and join as soon as ELITE hits 29/30 players?

No, it can't do the standard ASE connections like in other games. It runs the -s switch and adds it to your LAN picklist. But it's nice to be able to at least see all the servers running with pings and # of players.

Bump for all those that have problems with the Global Server, this seems to help a lot.
