well, it takes a bit of work. Say you're in New York, this is the route: Colorado-galileo-shi***u-new tokyo-honshu-sigma19-sigma17-omicron theta
this is just one route, but there's a bunch of jump holes you have to look for first
I suggest getting the Freelancer Universe map, its easier to figure out where the jump holes are in systems
