Black line outpost

I heard that there was outpost called "black line outpost" or something similar where you can buy or make? ships. The man mentioned that those outpost was in sigma 13 system, around 3f-3h. I didn't find anything there so I decide that those outpost is part of a mod. That i s the reason I post these topic here. Do somebody knows anything about it?

I havent got a clue what mod its in. And i doubt you can "make" a ship there. You couldnt kame a ship ingame but your right it is in a mod.

What you are saying..tells me what you are looking for is definately a "Mod" of some kind.
As many times as I've played Freelancer, no such base or place ever existed.
(Trust me, I lost count and I've been playing this game at least 3 years now)

Never mind. I'm no longer interested in it. Now I'm trying to make the suslayer torpedos endless
