Story systems, npc hail, CM bug fix Q

Hi, more questions from me.
1.)
How to make story missions(or some of them) appear on sector map?
Do I have to delete them and make new ones instead(naming them St01, St02 etc?),
or editing universe.ini or some other files wil be enough?
2.)
What about npc hail?
I mean this:

[system
nickname = Hi02
file = systems\Hi02\Hi02.ini
pos = 13, 14
msg_id_prefix = gcs_refer_system_hi02 <-------- This line.
visit = 0
strid_name = 196654
ids_info = 66114
NavMapScale = 2

There is no hail audio for story systems.
Is it possible to make them say something like ... This is order. We are patrolling.
And that's a, without mentioning system.
Or make them call the object in the system but not the system name. Is there anyb tutorial?
3.)
Has anyone solved countermeasure bug?
How to make npc use countermeasures?
Any ideas?

I can't speak for questions two and three, but to make the story systems appear on map, open up universe.ini and find this:

[system
nickname = St01
file = systems\St01\St01.ini
pos = 14, 5
visit = 128
strid_name = 196655
ids_info = 66115
NavMapScale = 2

Change the bolded line to visit = 0 and, when you visit the system, it will appear on the sector map. Repeat for all of the storyline systems you want to appear.
