Invisible Problem (Yet Another one, yes)

Ok, I've dug and dug and dug through as many topics as I could find reguarding the ship invisibility problem. I've tried countless times to fix it, and I keep coming up with nothing. I need to know what I'm doing wrong and my last resort is to ask.

I've modeled a ship, textured it perfectly, made sure it was a tga file in 512x512 format, uniquely named, applied to only a single group. I've created a .MAT file multiple times using both the UTF editor and the .MAT exporter for Milkshape. I can't get it to show up in Either HardCMP or Freelancer, even after playing with the LoD ranges. The triangles are also all face out, so that isn't my problem either. If anyone can help, it owuld be much appreciated as I'm getting overly frustrated with it.

If you can't see it in HardCmp then it's usually a MAT or texture problem, although HardCmp will still show BMP & JPG textures despite them not being used in Freelancer.

If you want me to take a look at it send me the CMP, MAT, ms3d, textures and the CMPExporters ces (settings) file. I'll then send you the fixed files and a "what you did wrong" readme.
