Extra levels for MP

How do you actually do this? Do you really need to install the 1.1 patch? Aside from the ptough entries, what else do you need?

I have been told that you can just delete all of the ptough entries and it works, but i really can't see how. Is there an easy fix for this?

Thanks Richard, i can't actually install the 1.1 patch right now as i am working on the non-server version of the mod. I'll pass on the info and test it at a later date.
