The closer to 1 it is the less they blindly afterburn - setting to 1 means they'll only do it once-and-a-while like before, but always chase after something afterburning / evade missiles with it - set to 0 and they just afterburn like nuts stupidly - keep above 0 so they'll chase stuff in afterburn at least)

Or, open common.dll with a hex editor, and do a search for 'update_current_behavior_afterburner' - this, and the following, reference the state_graph.db (I'm pretty sure at least, but then again when I think about it there's no evidence there =P), each seperated by a ' @IBehaviorManager@@QAEX_N@Z '
I have no clue as to the order of these, as the cruise one is fifth in common.dll's list yet I know for a fact that it's the fourth column here. Hmm.
Those are the values as flack had them. they are free with reference and possibly out of date. several columns are unknown. lets set them all to 1 and see what happens!
