what would happen if i allied planet leeds with the nomads would it cause alot of errors?

It would just try to kill eyerything in its range, I think.

If it was just the planet's rep then nothing as only the planet model would be hostile, changing the rep on the docking ring will cause carnage as all of the traffic will still try to dock, and as the nomads hate everybody else the docking ring will start shooting at everything. Changing the NPC reps to nomad in the mBases.ini entry for Leeds will stop them trying to dock, but it will also destroy every patrol path that starts and/or finishes at Leeds, leaving you with nothing but CTD's.
