How to change EXE Registry?

Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to change the exe registry.

So i can set the FLGA Mod to 336.XX and then FINALY! get it out to the public by Febuary 1st?

I ask this because, from the countless threads and posts i haven't found one covering this?

If there is, would anyone please direct me to it?
