I download the program and the jumphole/jumpgate bar is missing I was wondering if any one can help me please.

You need to double left-click on a system in the universe map, not via right-click>Edit on a system

If that is what you mean

what i found when i was using FLE is that you have to create the jump hole to your 1st system in a original game system and then u can put the exit into your system. However i've only made 1 or 2 systems so not really experianced with it.
