take a look in the map, if u jumped from new berlin in should be left of u (in the map) in the asteroid cloud, about 30k of u

I'm also looking for Vogtland Base. Im in the Dresden system but the only thing 30k to the left in the astoroids is Bautzen Station.

I'm looking to buy the sabre. is it possible in the Dresden System?

dresden yes, but you gotta be neutral with the hessians

in vogtland base, follow patrol paths and you should easily find it

Ok, it seems some people still don't know or can't grasp the concept of patrol paths. Click on the ellipse-looking-like-tool on the map, and you'll see friendly/neutral/enemy patrols (neutral only in MP). Where you see a large convergence, it's a good bet there's a base or a jump hole. That's how I found most of the stuff.
