New System from omega 3 or 11???

some guy in T3+(CinciSpeed) Server told me he saw a jump get in the omega that is full of yellow gas (he couldnt remember which one exactly) and he told the gate was named as bounfald system or gounfald something like that
anyone knows whats it about?
