Where bounty hunters hang

Can anyone recommend a system near bretonia where small numbers of bounty hunters respawn ?

Freidstat Station in omega 7

they are always there in numbers

the jump hole from theta to gamma is always well protected, they are my worst enemy

im hoping for small numbers at a time so that I can slowly increase my rating with the outcast so that I can then go and hunt nomads without being blown to **** all the time

If you want easy Nomad fighting in the outer edges of space, then probably would be better to blast xenons in Galileo. Not 100% certain, but think will get better faction with Bounty hunters, corsairs, and outcasts. and is a base in Galileo so good numbers of them.
