Where to bribe CORSAIRS???

I'm trying to get to Omnicron Theta via Sig17 to buy Eagle and I just can't get through 50 hostile Corsairs. Where can I go to bribe them?

I've been offered a bride for the corsairs from the bartender on freeport 1 in omega 3

Don't bribe em! I went to New London, and found some cargo dumps with the stuff still hanging under neath. Shot a bunch of them and turned the cops neutral to me and the corsairs neutral to me. You can do this even an early level.
