Improving Ratings to Other Fractions.

Let's start a thread that will help newbies (like myself) be able to repair their reputation with the ouctasts, rouges, etc. There has been nibbits of information on how to do so, but not really a thread dedicated to it (at least i didn't see) so i apologize if their has been one.

A search option would come in handy......
