fly "north" of planet Manhattan into the Jersey debris field and check the neutral/hostile patrol paths, Rochester is where most of them cross

Grid C-3-ish in New York System. I think it's in the to-right area of that grid. Found it while lookin' for Colorado Jump Hole.
