on your map click on the patrol button and when you go north of planet manhatten you will notice that there are quite a few patrols going toward something that will not show up on your map until you get much closer im not sure exactly which coordinates its on but just go straight up from the planet and you cant miss it its in a mining field (junker base go figure)
