How Do I Get to this system?

I'm not sure if this is a spoiler or not.... I doubt it cause I saw other topics like this one on here.


How do I get to the Sirrius system/sector? I've seen it in the universe view. I'd like to get to it in single player. (i've currently finished the single player stories)
