Where to get a Sabre?

I'm lvl 30 at the moment and am looking to buy a Sabre. I've got the credits and just need a location and who to be friendly to. I've been killing pirates a lot. All of them hate me. Its a good thing my Anubis with Dragoon Type 3 (class 6) weapons does a good job of getting rid of them.
When I get a Sabre what are the good weapons for them and where are they? Geez I dont ask for much do I?
I am playing single player at the moment.

it can be bought from Vogtgard Base, Dresden. U need to be neutral with the Hessans to get into the base.

If you are level 30, you can buy a Sabre on Malta in the Omicron Alpha system, but if you are hostile to Outcasts, Zoners, etc. you will have to fight your way to Freeport 10 in the Tau 37 system and bribe someone to change you status with the Outcasts. After that, they leave you alone and will sell you stuff on Malta.
