"unknown object" in tau-37

has anyone else spotted an "unknown object" very near to the binary stars in the centre of this system ?

i cant get close enough to see what it is, silly ship burns up !

Yea, I noticed that too. After many tries to find out what the heck it is I am quite convinced that it is a bug, but if anyone has any other ideas I am willing to try..
So far I have tried to afterburn in while constantly burning nanobots trying to get close enough, but when i get to about 1800 in distance i just bounce away on the sun.
I have also tried to launch som Hornet missiles at it (since they have such long range), to see if anything would happen, but no such luck..
