Bribes
In which systems and at what bases (include base location, ie Sector 6E), can you bribe each pirate faction. In particular, I'm interested in Liberty Rogues (for access to Montezuma), Corsairs, and Outback.

The bribe price varies on how much they hate you, and the bribe targets vary randomly, although that's probably chosen from a static list of possible bribe targets for every base.
It's usually much more beneficial to simply kill their enemies than to bribe.
Bribe puts you totally friendly with the offered faction, and that more often than not just angers a lot of the other factions.
Just kill their enemies until they go away from hostile to neutral. Then you can land on their bases.
