Sabre and Titan (Were can they be bought from)

Can anyone please tell me were these two ships can be bought from. Please be specific regarding which Station, in which Sytem I have to go to in order to buy them.

Help also on were you buy the best equipment for these ships would also be good!

U can by the Sabre at Vogtland base, Dresden. And the Titan at Planet Crete, Omicon gamma.
