Is it possible to kill Nomads as a Level 11 Pilot?

It is possible. If you're talking about the nomads you meet in the story.

You probably can do the ones in the UNKNOWN systems too, actually. Granted, you're gonna get pasted most of the time, but it's certainly possible.

Well, that assumes you can get to the Omicron Gamma jump hole (I think the radiation in the ALpha nomad system would kill you too fast). Just pack missiles (2 dumb, 2 homing) into the best heavy fighter you can buy. Stay near the jump hole. Stay the hell outta range and only make passing engagements. And you'll get pasted a lot.
