how to get to Cortez?

how to get to Cortez?

I want to be a drug trader...Where better to go than the Spanish/Mexican system? But how exactly do I get there?

You can go to Cortez from (among others) California, by taking the regular Navy jump gate or the jump hole at C5.

Things have been pretty quiet lately.
