story kills relations

I was so content with my life in Liberty. I had three profitable trade routes that I traveled for many an hour, gradualy gathering credits. You'll never see a more brotherly relationship than what I had with the liberty military and forces alike.

Then, one day I decided it was time to answer Juni's call. What does this mistriss of my matriarcal lifestyle in freelancer do? Turn my friends to enemies, and enemies to nutral "couldn't care less" lane hackers. I just want to be friends with Liberty again, theres a lot of profit there. Can you become friendly with them again w/o going through story?

BTW, sry for posting this in general forum, didn't consider it a spoiler until afterwards.

also, any suggestions on who to please and how so i can dock at the mactin(or whatever it is) base, i really want that freighter!

You are going right there to that base in the story mission. In fact, you should be exactly there now. You see that's a Lane Hacker base. Not so bad to have them neutral after all.

Your reputation against the Liberty Police / LSF / Liberty Navy will change during the course of the single player story. So it's kind of pointless to try to work on your rep until you are done with all the story missions.

btw, when I decided to get that ship from mactan, they were already back to hating me, but now they are neutral. Guess I'll just have to wait till I beat the story.

when u beat it, just get on better relations with the criminals to get it...

i'm in full hostiles with almost all military forces, and in full friendly with all criminals other than the corsairs. i like fragging cops...they're easy in a sabre.

Yeah the rouge, outcast & hacker alliance love me to bits, with Golden C and Blood Dragons on their way to hitting green status. All of liberty's military and corporate hates me like anything, so I spose it's a good thing that I can't stand trading endlessly avoiding most of the game until I have reached such a ridiculous level that I have promptly ruined the game for myself all because I lacked the self control to not abuse a weakness in the game... <breathes deeply>

don't mind me... i'm ok... i'm ok...
