If you're hostile with them, head to Freeport 9 in the Omicron Theta system. You can bribe someone there to get on more friendly terms with them.

i've already gone there
but there's only one guy who can change my rep. but not with corsairs ... hessians i guess

Save your game in the bar and reload. Those bribe targets rotate randomly.

Yeah, in any bar in the universe just go to another room and go back to the bar again and it repopulates with new people. Just like real life, people keep coming and going
