Rep with Zoners?

Hello all,

Quick question? How does one increase his rep with the zoners? Somewhere along the line (and i dont know how) i have pissed them off and now i cant land on any of the freeports. Since they have no enemies or allies, how can I improve my rep with them. Can I bribe someone? if so where?
