Hello.
Now that I have my Corsair Titan, I want to go kill some Nomads, but from what Ive read here in the forums it sounds like after completing the SP story, Nomads are no longer available except in MP? anyone know where they are in SP?

look for nomad weapons thread. You only get fighters though.
