Level 10 weapons... how to use?

I came across two dealict old imperial navy ships near a depot both which contained level 10 weapons which can cause enormous amount of damage (1000/600/4 sec) and (600/400/2 sec)

I currently have a Level 6 Order heavy fighter and am at level 20... i am unsure about how to go about getting a level 10 ship of somekind that can use these weapons...

can someone help?

Well, you have 18 levels until you max out, so that should give you an idea of how much you haven't seen so far. Keep exploring, you'll find that ship.

hmm, ok... obviously libery system would not sell such a ship... would u mind pointing me in the right direction to a system that might?

Well, I don't know where it is, just that it's very tough to get to (relatively). You'll need to build levels to even use it, that's for sure. And it's expensive, like 750K credits I think.

1000/600/4 sec ??? you mean 1173/~600/2 right

and well best ship just cost 550k ^_^
and you are just 2 systems away of it, if your right now in sigma-13 with those imperial fighters. anyway you need something like level 30 to be able to use it.

you could modify your ship so that it can mount them..

How can you "modify" your ship? In game or are you talking about hacking something?

ludder likes to give you a cheating way, modifing your ini files instead of working hard to get a ship like this...
