Referring to Single Player Campaign

In the document, it says:

Stilleto is sold at Kyoto Base in the Chugoku System.

This is wrong.

The Hawk is sold at Kyoto Base in the Chugoku System.

Bruchsal base in the Frankfurt system (owned by the Buschden (ok.. my spelling is terrible, but you know what i mean)) has the Stiletto.

Is the Kyoto Base a Dragon Base?

Yep, Blood Dragons.
It's in the story campaign too.
