Where can i have my record hacked to be friend
with the corsairs.
the bartender at freeport 9 is hacking for the hessians

Just save your game in the bar and reload.

The faction the hacker will hack you for is usually changing randomly.

There is Junker in Yanagi Depot in Sigma-13 that randomly hacks different factions records but I noticed that about 85% of the time it's for the Corsairs. Just make sure you are at least neutral to Junkers so you can land there

if your still neutral with the bountyhunters kill a few of em that may sort some of your rep out if not all .
