best light weight ship

Whats the best light weight ship? I played around with alll the ships i currently can buy.. but personally, i like moving around doing faster maneuvers than being big and show and kill everything with one hit. So I'm wondering which is the best light weight ship in terms of maneuverbility and power and where can i get it?
