Cargo dumps, and rogue faction

I have heard that you can destroy cargo dumps to improve your faction with the rogues. My problem, is, I cannot find the cargo dumps, I need some fairly close to mannhattan. if someone could help me I would appreciate it.

they are called storage depots and there are 3 above manhatten
