Newb question

Well I found these weapons lvl 9 and I want to mount them on my ship but how can i do that because the way I used to do it was by selling the weapon and then buying it again. So how can I mount a weapons on my cargo?

You have to be landed and just click the little icon on the left side of the weapon description and it will mount/unmount it.
