Okay we ambushed the transport and return to base after we get there juni tells me to do some missions for some credits... ok..
i go to the bar and they don't offer any missions? is this because they don't like me enough yet or should i go to some other base in a different system?

If they dont like you enough, it will tell you. Some bases dont have any missions at the time. If your looking for people in the base to give missions, you have to be friendly to them. If they have that blank "chat-box" above them (the one where you place the cursor over them and it gives info above them) it means that they may not have anything to say or they dont like you.

*If you have a cat and a dog in the same house, will that be a problem? Of course not, you might just have solved world hunger*

ok so they dont offer any missions at the base should i go to another system to get missions ?? the whole system seems to hate me now that i joined the blood dragons. also im friendly enought with them i think they just dont give missions

Yep, there must be a couple of missions on the job board.
