The Missing Artist in the Beginning of the Game

I just complete the SP missions and am back at Manhattan and I looked at the NEws board and there is still the message about the Missing Artist the Rogues took. Said they would make a payment in the pittsburg debris field somewhere.

Does this story have a solution?????????
