Elite Fighter Level Requirements

Can somebody tell me what level I have to reach to buy an eagle?

How about a Saber?

A Titan?

Sabre: Level 30, ~$350,000

Must be neutral or friendly with outcasts.

I bought mine on Malta in Omnicron Alpha.

There's a Zoner base in Tau-37 called Freeport 10 that has a guy in the bar you can bribe for a MAX of $150,000 to become friends (green) with Outcasts.

If you're already on neutral or not-so-bad terms with the Outcasts, the bribe will be less, but 150 is the max.
