Where is a ship that holds a class 10 weapon?

I found a 4 class ten weapon but where can you get a Fighter/Fieghter that
can hold such weapons?

I just found class 10 weapons myself. The same ones you speak of (If memory serves). I never managed to find anything about them though, because I was shot down by some Hessians.
