Somewhere between Omicron Gamma and Sigma 17. You can find the jump holes by following the patrol routes.

Sigma 19 E3 -> Omicron Beta
Omicron Beta somewhere there -> Omicron Alpha
Omicron Alpha F5 -> Omicron Theta Freeport 9
