level 10 light fighter ship

is there a lvl 10 light fighter ship...and if there isn't, why do they sell a lvl 10 lf shield at the corsairs.

Why do they have level 10 turret mounts, but there's no such thing as a level 10 turret? I think the devs were behind schedule and had to scrap some... or they got wasted one night and forgot half of what they were going to do...
