I'm in the Unknown system... and I only see an orange sun with rings, no planets around it, like I heard. Where is said sun?

Which Unknown system are you in? The one from Alpha, or the one from Gamma?

Turned on God Mode, flew 250 meters away, threw every torp, missile, and fired my guns for about 5000 damage each shot at it for a few minutes... nothing. Whoever started this stupid rumor needs to be shot.

The guy who did this was in multiplayer with six of his friends. It says so in his post.

its said often enough that it is impossible to blow up a sun (unless you mod it ofc)

Gad! Thought this one was ground into the earthen floor. If memory holds he titled it Ride the wave of a super nova. All we can really do with this is dig a big hole, bury our heads in it, and pray it goes away.
